We received a call to us from the customer from the Covina City.
The toilet sewer line was clogged by something and after flushing the toilet water flowed out of the tank into the bowl but instead of running into the drain just filled the bowl.

Any “proven” methods (like pouring the dish soap into the clogged toilet) did not help.
So they decided to call the professional plumber.
The technician had to remove the toilet bowl to get access to the sewer line from the floor level…
The professional plumbing tool – Drain Cleaning Drum Machine – has been used (“Drain Snake” as the plumbers call it).

After removing some wipes from the sewer / drain line the toilet line was unclogged.

The toilet has been installed back on new bolts and caulked the toilet bawl base to the floor used silicone, wax ring replaced by the new one, and new supply line was installed and connected to the toilet tank.
